Raffaele Vecchione, emerging Italian journalist and critic trained alongside figures of global importance, now reviews the wines of the Italian Denominations on his portal (Winescritic.com), communicating the territory and the culture of Italian wines through his tastings and stories.
For Winescritic the Barolo “Ravera” 2016 is a wine with a coplex profile and positive energy, reveals notes of cherries, raspberries and currants. Lots of lemon peel and pink grapefruit in the background. Medium-full body, vibrant tannins and fine texture and a solid and incisive finish. Better from 2021.
